How bidding works

  1. 01

Browse the works in this catalogue. Every “View & bid on AirAuctioneer” link leads directly to that work’s listing in the live auction.

  2. 02

Create or sign in to a free AirAuctioneer bidder account before placing a bid.

  3. 03

Creating an account and bidding are free, and bidding is anonymous to the public: AirAuctioneer displays an assigned pseudonym rather than your personal identity, and that pseudonym may change from one item to another.

  4. 04

Place and manage your bids on AirAuctioneer. It is the only authoritative source for current bids, closing times, outbid notices, winning status, and payment instructions.

Bidding is open to all. Bidders near Atlanta / Georgia and Lexington, Kentucky are strongly preferred, because pickup or regional delivery is the intended way to receive a winning work.

Pickup, delivery & shipping

Pickup is the primary and strongly preferred way to receive a winning work. Winning pieces may be collected at 3260 Glenwood Road, Decatur, GA 30032, on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 2:00–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If the winning bidder cannot attend that window, later pickup from the artist’s residence may be arranged privately at a mutually agreed time.

For buyers located in or near Georgia, or in the Lexington, Kentucky area, studio delivery may be arranged for a $50 fee at a later date, subject to route, availability, safe handling, and written confirmation. Delivery may take several weeks or longer. It is an optional accommodation, not a guaranteed expedited service.

Bidding is open to all, but people near Atlanta / Georgia or Lexington, Kentucky are strongly encouraged to bid. Standard shipping is not offered. In exceptional circumstances, shipping may be considered only through a separate written agreement, at substantial additional cost, with all packing, crating, carrier, insurance, and related expenses paid by the buyer. These works are fragile, irregular, and do not ship well. A request for shipping is not approval, and the buyer must remain able to use an approved pickup option if shipping is declined.

Prototype status & condition

These works are early original prototypes from the development of Maygra’s polyhedron light-sculpture series. Each lot is the only physical example of that prototype. They may show surface variation, fabrication marks, assembly evidence, or other characteristics of the design-development process. Those characteristics are part of the work’s history and are not automatically defects. Each work is offered in the condition shown and described in its AirAuctioneer listing, subject to the complete auction terms.

No certificate of authenticity will be issued.

The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights. Purchase transfers ownership of the physical object, not intellectual-property rights.

Payment & platform

Bidder registration, bidding, bid management, winning notices, and any online payment take place on AirAuctioneer. Maygra does not collect card or bank information through this catalogue.

The winning bidder is responsible for the winning bid plus any applicable tax and any elected fulfillment costs described by the auction and the complete terms. Under the auction terms, full payment is due within 48 hours after the winning notice or invoice unless a lot listing states a shorter deadline.

Auction terms

Every bid and purchase is governed by the complete Terms and Conditions of Sale. This page is a summary only; if there is any inconsistency, the complete terms control.
